The character lacks eyebrows, the lines could use cleaned up, the neck is a little long and sorta skinny, the straps can use a little flattened out, etc. Shading could use some work. This was a quick sketch though, so I can understand what needs improved here. All in all, another interesting character. Kinda reminds me of Rin from the Katawa Shoujo visual novel. I'd recommend thickening out the eyes when shut, and maybe tweaking the nose a bit. Regardless, good work, as usual. I hope I didn't come off too harsh. I've never drawn seriously with a tablet, so I'm not used to how it should look. Anyone who reads this will probably think I sound like an idiot, too. Oh well.

I'd write a critique but this comment was hard enough to explain.

No not at all! I asked for critiques for intelligent feedback not to get complemented I know its not perfect and wanted to know some reasons why. Thanks for taking the time to let me know!:)
